Hanover · Durham · West Grey · Grey County
Farm country along the Saugeen River, where the septic is on the land and the land is mostly clay and till.
Hanover is a service town on the Saugeen River, and West Grey, including Durham and the farms around it, stretches out in every direction. The towns are on municipal sewers. The farms, rural subdivisions, and country lots around them run on private septic.
Inland ground is a different problem from the shoreline: more clay and glacial till, slower drainage, and more room to work with. That often favours a conventional bed, but only if the soil actually drains, which is exactly what a site evaluation checks. Many farm systems are decades old and undocumented.
Whether it is a farmhouse inspection before closing, a routine pump-out, or a replacement, we serve the whole area. Also see Brockton and Walkerton. Call (548) 918-5572 for a free quote.
