When you submit the quote form, we collect the details you provide (name, phone number, optional email, and your message). This information is used for one purpose: responding to your quote request. It is shared with the local septic crew who will contact you, and stored securely by our form-hosting provider (Netlify). We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
Calls to the number on this website may be recorded for quality and record-keeping, and are forwarded to the local septic crew. You will hear a notice at the start of each call. Call logs (number, time, duration) are retained as business records.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, and how you found us. GA4 sets cookies for this purpose. This data is aggregated; it does not identify you personally, and we do not combine it with your quote or call information.
Quote submissions and call records are kept as long as they are useful for serving customers and maintaining business records, then deleted.
